Prohibitions for servers that are in search:
- download the players executable files and .dll files.
- write connect to the server config
- to change the game menu
- to change the standard binds
- send the client the connect command in any way
- replace the banner displayed during connection
- to change a .vdf files and rev.ini
- to do a redirect to another server
- offer to download files via motd
